Ashley Floyd

Ashley Floyd is dedicated to empowering and supporting individuals on their journey to heal, grow, and thrive.

Her experiences since 2012 include providing counseling and therapy at an inpatient substance use
disorder treatment facility, at a co-occurring outpatient agency, and in a private group practice setting. She offers services to adults and adolescents in individual, couple, family, and group modalities.  

Ashley earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology at the Leadership Institute of
Seattle/Saybrook University in 2015, received a B.S. in psychology from Washington State University,
and completed coursework for treatment of substance use disorders at Bellevue College and Eastern
Washington University. She also regularly engages in continuing education and case consultation to stay up to date on relevant content.

Employing a counseling style that is warm, creative, empowering, transparent, patient, and adaptable,
Ashley believes individuals have all of the innate qualities, skills, and characteristics to progressively
move toward a more authentic, individuated, dynamic self.  

Outside of her practice, she enjoys gardening, painting, hiking, foraging, and decorating.
