A Bit About Jenna
Jenna Patterson knew from a very young age that she wanted to be a counselor—those closest to her
often say she’s been a counselor her entire life.
Since 2010, she has been working with individuals, couples, and families as a licensed therapist, helping
her clients navigate anxiety, depression, and challenges around relationships, sexuality, pregnancy, and
parenting. Supporting others on their journey to better themselves, overcome obstacles, and move
forward is a true passion for Jenna.
Her counseling style is laid-back, approachable and client-focused: “During each session, we dump out
the ‘junk drawer,’ reflect on certain aspects of the client’s (or couple’s) experience, and work to solve
problems,” she says.
Jenna earned a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University, and has
certifications in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also is a Gottman-
trained couples therapist.
The two biggest loves of her life are her family and travel—Jenna ventures to new places with her
husband and three kids whenever she gets the chance.
