A Bit About Josh
Josh works with individuals, couples, and families to create healthier lives and relationships.
Known for his warm, genuine, and encouraging style, Josh helps clients explore their thoughts and emotions, uncover their strengths, and understand the “why” behind negative patterns and the “how” to create meaningful change.

Passionate about working with clients from all backgrounds, he creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where people feel safe and understood. His approach is tailored to each person’s unique strengths and motivations, considering the ways relationships and environment shape experiences.
Before becoming a therapist, Josh spent eight years in the tech industry before pursuing his passion for psychotherapy. He completed his Master’s Degree and clinical training in Seattle University’s Couples and Family Therapy Program and now integrates a variety of research-supported therapeutic models.

As a husband, father, and someone with personal experience in blended families and adoption, Josh brings perspectives that enrich his work with clients. Outside of therapy, he enjoys being active, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
