A Bit About Stephanie
Stephanie Butler has been working with children and families since 2013, guiding them as they navigate change, manage feelings and behaviors, and work through trauma. She loves creating a sense of play in her sessions while helping kids and loved ones build deeper connections within each unique family unit.
After three years working alongside law enforcement and fire/EMS as a co-responder, Stephanie is honored to now support first responders directly in her clinical work.

Compassionate and approachable, Stephanie believes therapy can be beneficial for anyone—and that the therapist is not in the driver’s seat or the back seat, but instead serves as a guide to help illuminate the path.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in social work from Savannah State University. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Play Therapy, and other approaches.
Stephanie loves to explore the mountains hiking, camping, and hunting with her husband, daughter, and pup.
